Now I remember why I generally don't try the Sonic Channel style... because it takes soooooo much time @_@
It took me 3 days to be done (If I wouldn't have to study, it would have took only a day xD)... I'm very satisfied with it, anyway

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactVISION: The smooth shading that you used looks pretty good. I also liked the colors of the character. However, I'm pretty sure fingers aren't meant to look like that (right hand), and the ponytails should be less stiff and more loose.
ORIGINALITY: I feel this really has a Sonic-y touch to it, but at the same time, I also feel this could work perfectly for a separate series, and if it's rare to see a GOOD Sonic fan character that just looks like a Sonic character, then this is quite a gem!
Another reason of why I love this character so much is that it keeps things simple; It doesn't has the out-of-place exaggerated anime-ish costumes or the massive hair that Sonic fans tend to put on their characters. This looks like something SEGA would actually do (well, to be more precise, Archie comics).
TECHNIQUE: I gotta say, you really know how to represent the Sonic Channel art style, and though it's not really hard to make, it's not easy, either. I also like the character's design, but again, it doesn't really seems like a Sonic character.
IMPACT: Nothing here to say that I haven't said before, really. The lovable character design mixed with the Sonic Channel style really stands out, even more than many fan-made Sonic Channel drawings.
