Furaffinity
I'm sorry for having been less active on deviantArt, lately... I recently decided to boost up my feedback on
my Furaffinity account, as I need it to be pretty active too and I've left it to rot there for too much time xD If you want to follow me there, I'd be very glad!
There isn't Sonic art there, though... and I'll explain this better on the next point. ;D
100% personal style
You haven't seen me drawing many Sonic art lately, while I did a lot of generic furry art. True. Somebody was worried because this often appears as a
prelude of a break-up with a fandom. Nah. There's another reason:
My Sonic style (despite my personal traits) was too close to an official style... as if I was pretending to somehow
rip off a bit of Tracy Yardley, a bit of Jon Gray and a bit of Evan Stanley style, mixing them and making my style. That was wrong as it wasn't satisfying me (as it wasn't coming from ME). So I needed a temporary break from the
Sonic style, to focus on my own style, my own and natural way to draw anthropomorphic characters... only this way I can interpret a non-mine style my own way... and it's working! ;D Why this? Next point!
Sonic Survivors reboot
Yes. I'll publish the last prepared page soon, but after that, the whole comic will be rebooted (Dunno when, precisely, but it will happen) as I wasn't really liking how I was managing the whole thing. The style I used is involved too... yeah, it will be Sonic Style of course! Just... a more solid one ;D
I was also thinking to make something with it on Patreon... like, publishing unreleased things about it, for who supports me (and who will) but... I still don't know, as I still have to understand well how Patreon works
Truck You news: American comic presses out of DC and Marvel?
As for Sonic Survivors, Truck You is being rebooted too, but the reasons are different (and a lot). The comic will be proposed to some italian publisher and, if it gets noticed, it will be printed in Italy (let's hope! I really hope so! xD)
In the meanwhile, I was seriously thinking to propose the english version to some american comic publisher, as I'm 100% sure the story will get more interest there than in Italy (The story is set in the USA afterall... plus there are waaay more people interested in anthros there in the USA than in Italy).
The only press I know is the Angry Viking Press (and it seems a good one too!) but if you know some other name, some other publisher who prints, sells and distributes comics, tell me!
It would increase the possibility for you to find, a day, Truck You in the states too
